- This taylor-made package lasts a minimum of 2 months, so there’s ample time to learn, implement, and develop strong habits.
- Includes 8, fifty-minute individual video calls (ideally same day, same time every week), PLUS a few quick calls for emergency questions or feedback (or just to vent - it’s healthy to blow off steam). We can also discuss face - to - face coaching depending on needs!
- Communication via WhatsApp between sessions to boost support.
- Between each meeting, the participant answers questions (and / or tests) to be returned 24 hours before the next call - this keeps heads in the game and momentum going.
- Access to a curated list of book recommendations, TED Talks, interviews to read because one should NEVER get out of the habit of learning (or deprive themselves of inspiration).
- Full feedback to the coachee and the manager at the end of the program, so everyone is on the same page.
