WE APPROACHED JULIEN WITH AN AMBITIOUS OBJECTIVE TO "RAISE THE LEVEL" AND BE THE LEADER IN PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE
"We approached Julien with an ambitious goal of working with over 20 members of the sales team, ranging from Personal Shopping Managers to Personal Shoppers, to deliver an intensive 3-month program (Raise Your Engagement™) to "raise the level" and be the leader in personal shopping services. Julien's approach was refreshing, stimulating and unorthodox, which is exactly what we wanted. His deep expertise in coaching for results, encouraging each individual to step out of their comfort zone and truly understand their strengths so they can create their own "recipe for success" was unlike any other sales programme I've come across. Julien worked with each of the team members in a personalised way, asking the right questions to tap into their personal motivations and goals, and the results followed quickly. Our recent eNPS score was significantly higher; While on the programme, we've had three team members promoted, and each now has greater clarity about their aspirations and path to success.
