Influence is not Manipulation... What's the difference? Read this quick Forbes article. A good book, reviewing trick and pattern to improve influence. Well documented. A lot of examples are about manipulation to demonstrate that it works. I would have rather have it the other way around. Or maybe that's just how I perceived it, not totally in line with my values yet worth reading.
