Lately, people recommend or ask my feedback about more and more books. This one is no exception, Thanks Stéphanie (London).
First the author already gave us Hooked a brilliant essay about how our attention is hacked by App and other media. Here, the idea is to take back our own control over things, focus our attention on what is truly useful, and act! I took a lot of notes, a lot of brilliant examples to illustrate the content. Also, as a freebie plenty of tools on the author's website.
We all struggle with dealing the best we can with our time, personal and pro. This is a brilliant book about how to improve and make better choices.
'A must-read' Mark Manson
