"A SLAP ON THE FACE" - the first book I read from the author, lead me to this one. There is a lot of wisdom in this Academic. He walks us through the various STOIC (and SCEPTIC) philosophers and always remembers to put in the balance his own experience and to put things into perspective vs daily life and other forms of thinking (psychology for example). A great read with some practical lesson but less than in other books I will review here.
